Orders and payment
Prices are in US dollars. An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order if there is a pricing error or we suspect fraud.

Made-to-order products
Items are printed on demand. Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed shirts. Please see our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy for details.

Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.

Intellectual property
All designs, text, and images on this site belong to Whitetail Heritage and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our business is registered.
