Refund Policy

Every Whitetail Heritage item is printed to order just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check our Size Guide before ordering, and message us if you're unsure and we'll help you pick.

Misprinted, damaged, or defective items
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or refund you, your choice. No need to return the item.

Wrong item or lost package
If you received the wrong item, or your tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right.

Cancellations and address changes
Orders go into production quickly. We can change or cancel an order only if it hasn't been printed yet, so contact us as soon as possible.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and usually appear within 5-10 business days.
